Acceptance of Terms
By using the Ex’pression College for Digital Arts Web site you signify acceptance of our privacy policy. If you do not agree with our policy we request that you do not use our site. Voluntary Information (Request for Information)
You may choose not to provide us with any information. If you do choose to provide us with your personally identifiable information we will mail free degree program information and subsequent news and updates to all registrants with valid mailing addresses. We also send a free electronic newsletter to all registrants with valid email addresses.
Collection of Information
It is the policy of Expression College for Digital Arts not to collect personally identifiable information about visitors to our Web site unless the visitor has affirmatively chosen to make such information available to us. Our Web servers do recognize some non-personally identifiable information such as timing and volume of access, Internet domains and IP addresses from which visitors access our sites. We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site.
Opt-out
You can choose to opt-out of our electronic email by using the link contained in all email newsletters. You can request to be removed from the mail campaign by contacting the Ex’pression College Admissions Department.
Sharing of Information
Ex'pression never sells or gives your personal information to any non-affiliated third parties. However, we may give your personal information to companies that perform services on our behalf.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, as of January 1, 2005, under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 you have the right to request one Notice of Information-Sharing Disclosure per year which will identify the third parties with whom Ex'pression College for Digital Arts has shared the information we have collected from you.
Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA)
We will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.
Security of Information
